We're adding 3 new stores to the network

Construction is underway in Crescent City, SilverLeaf, St. Augustine Beaches

We're excited to share a quick update on three new Dunkin' locations that St. Johns Donuts is building!

First up is our new Crescent City store at 1005 North Summit St. Construction is moving along, and we're planning to open shortly after Labor Day. We can't wait to serve the Crescent City community. Check back in here in a month or so for grand opening details.

Next is our store in the growing SilverLeaf community at 8470 St. Johns Parkway. It's exciting to see how quickly this area is growing, and we're looking forward to being part of it. This location is on track to open by the end of the year.

The third project is a brand-new Dunkin' at 2040 A1A South in St. Augustine Beaches. Our Dunkin' inside the Circle K farther down A1A isn't going anywhere—we'll continue serving our guests there. The new location simply gives us the chance to offer something we haven't had in the area before: a place where you can come in, sit down, and enjoy your coffee and breakfast. The new location will open in early 2027.

It's been a busy year, and we're grateful for the support from our guests and the communities we serve. We look forward to welcoming everyone to these new stores soon!
